Shipping + Handling
Orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. We try to ship our orders the next day, but during times of high volume, we have needed the full three days for processing. WE then ship via USPS Priority. This has a 2 -3 day delivery to anywhere in the USA. If you are requiring a faster shipping service please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the contact form on this website so we can create a custom order for you. Our overnight delivery requests before 10am CST can go out the same day if we are in the studio. We always get back to you via email promptly to help get you the ribbons as quickly as we can.
Orders in the USA are sent USPS priority mail and tracking numbers are provided. For same day order & shipping we do charge an expedited service charge based on your ribbon quantity. Please contact us via email for this service VIA our contact page, (note studio hours.)
We ship worldwide using USPS. However, tracking can be very spotty and not always accurate. We cannot confirm that your order will be tracked correctly. We do offer insurance on our international orders (that price is included in your shipping fee.) This means we can file a claim if the order did not reach the destination and was not delivered. If the shipping insurance claim is successful, we can issue a refund or reship the package (via UPS or FEDEX with an uncharge.) Please note with all refunds, we are subject to a 3.5% charge so your refund will be the full product cost minus the 3.5%. We highly suggest you ship your orders with Fedex or UPS. If you would like to use this method, please know that the shipping methods are more expensive, but very reliable. In these cases we would require you to fill out a Custom Ribbon Order form.
Taxes and custom fees may apply at delivery. These charges vary and the buyer is responsible for these charges.
